ThisSoFire is software for buying and selling Solana tokens from a wallet that you control. We don't hold your funds, and we don't give investment advice.
Memecoins are extremely risky, and you can lose everything you put in. Blockchain transactions are final. Please read these terms before you use the app.

1. Who we are
thissofire.com and the ThisSoFire app (together, the Services) are operated by Nanolabs sp. z o.o. sp.k. (Nanolabs spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa), a limited partnership with its registered office at ul. Prezydenta Gabriela Narutowicza 40/1, 90-135 Łódź, Poland. It is entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000716046, kept by the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, XX Commercial Division of the National Court Register. NIP (tax ID) 7831771347, REGON 369346770.
In these terms, "ThisSoFire", "we", "us" and "our" mean Nanolabs sp. z o.o. sp.k., and "you" means the person using the Services.
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.
2. Who can use ThisSoFire
To use the Services, you must:
- be at least 18 years old, and old enough to enter a binding contract where you live;
- not be located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive EU or US sanctions or embargoes (for example, Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, and the Russian-occupied regions of Ukraine);
- not be named on, or owned or controlled by anyone named on, an EU, UN, UK or US sanctions list; and
- not be barred from using services like ours by the laws that apply to you.
Some features, such as funding by card or rewards, may not be offered in every country or state. We may limit or block access by location. You may not use a VPN or other tool to get around these limits.
3. What ThisSoFire is
ThisSoFire is a software interface. It lets you create a Solana wallet, add funds to it, view market information about Solana tokens, and prepare and send token swaps from your own wallet to public blockchain protocols.
ThisSoFire is not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, bank, money transmitter or investment adviser. We don't take custody of your assets. We don't act as counterparty to your trades, we don't list or endorse any token, and we don't give financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Every decision to buy, sell or hold a token is yours.
4. Your wallet
When you sign in (with Apple, Google, email or a passkey), a self-custodial Solana wallet is created for you through our wallet provider, Privy. Privy's infrastructure protects your wallet's private key. We never see, store or have access to it.
- You are responsible for your sign-in. Anyone who can sign in as you can use your wallet. Keep your email account, Apple or Google account, and devices secure.
- You can export your private key at any time from the app, and use your wallet in other software. If you export it, keep it secret: anyone who has it controls your funds.
- We cannot reverse transactions or recover funds sent to the wrong address, and we cannot restore access if you lose access to both your sign-in and your exported key.
- Withdrawals go wherever you send them. We charge no withdrawal fee. You pay the Solana network fee.
Automated orders
Limit orders, take-profit and stop-loss orders need to run while you are offline. If you turn them on, you grant ThisSoFire a limited signing permission for your wallet. That permission lets us sign only swaps through the allowlisted swap programs, and only when the swap's output returns to your own wallet. Before each signature, we check that the output lands in your wallet. You can revoke the permission at any time in the app. Once you do, we can no longer sign for your wallet, and your open automated orders are cancelled.
5. Adding funds
You can add funds in two ways:
- Apple Pay, Google Pay or card, through MoonPay. MoonPay sells you SOL or USDC and delivers it directly to your wallet. MoonPay is an independent company. It runs its own identity checks (KYC) and payment processing under its own terms and privacy policy, which you accept with MoonPay. We never receive your card details or identity documents. MoonPay's fees are shown to you before you pay. MoonPay decides whether to approve a purchase, and its service may not be available where you live.
- Crypto deposit. You can send SOL or Solana tokens to your wallet address from any other wallet or exchange. Check the address and network carefully: assets sent on the wrong network or to the wrong address may be lost for good.
Questions about a card purchase, a refund or a chargeback go to MoonPay, because MoonPay is the seller in that transaction.
6. Trading and orders
- Swaps run on-chain. When you confirm a buy or sell, the app builds a transaction that your wallet signs and sends to the Solana network, where third-party protocols such as Jupiter and pump.fun execute it.
- Quotes are estimates. Prices move between the quote and execution. Slippage limits, priority fees and MEV protection are set automatically (you can change them in Pro mode). A transaction can fill at a worse price than shown, or fail and still cost a network fee.
- Transactions are final. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, neither we nor anyone else can reverse it.
- Automated orders are best effort. Limit, take-profit and stop-loss orders run on our servers. They may fill late, fill at a different price, or not fill at all, for example during fast markets, network congestion, low liquidity or an outage.
- Market data comes from third parties. Prices, charts, holders, trade history and the safety light use data from providers such as Birdeye and from the blockchain. It can be delayed, incomplete or wrong.
- The safety light is not a guarantee. It checks a few on-chain facts (such as whether mint and freeze authority are revoked, and how concentrated the holders are). A green light doesn't mean a token is safe, legitimate or a good buy.
7. Fees
- Trade fee: 1% of each buy and sell, or 0.9% if you joined through a referral link before your first trade. The fee is included as a transfer inside the swap transaction and is shown before you confirm.
- Network fees: the Solana network fee, the priority fee and a small tip to the transaction-sending provider for faster inclusion are paid by your wallet, not to us.
- Funding fees: MoonPay's fees, shown by MoonPay before you pay.
- Withdrawals: no fee from us.
We may change our fees. A new fee applies only to trades you confirm after the app shows it.
8. Risks
By using the Services, you accept these risks:
- Memecoins are highly speculative. Most have no intrinsic value, and many lose all of their value, often within hours. Only use money you can afford to lose completely.
- Scams are common. Token creators can abandon a project, drain liquidity, sell large hidden holdings or impersonate other projects.
- Liquidity can vanish. You may be unable to sell a token at any price.
- Blockchain and smart-contract risk. The Solana network, swap protocols and token programs can fail, be congested, be exploited, or change without notice.
- Regulatory risk. Laws about digital assets are changing and may affect your ability to use the Services or hold certain tokens.
- Technology risk. The Services depend on software, servers and third-party providers that can have bugs, outages or security incidents.
9. Referrals and rewards
You can invite others with your referral link. When someone you referred trades, you earn a share of the trade fee: 30% for people you referred directly, 3% for people they referred, and 2% for the level after that. Rewards accrue in SOL and are paid in $FIRE when you claim them.
- $FIRE is not an investment, and nothing we say is a promise about its price or value. Claimed rewards are swapped to $FIRE at the market price at the time of the claim, within a slippage limit. We may set a minimum amount you can claim.
- You may not refer yourself, create accounts to farm rewards, or run wash trades. We may withhold or reverse rewards earned this way and close the accounts involved.
- We may change, pause or end the referral programme, and we may limit rewards by jurisdiction. Rewards you earned before a change remain claimable unless you broke these terms.
10. Content you share
You may post short messages on the thissofire.com message wall and create PnL cards to share. You are responsible for what you post. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and share that content as part of running and promoting the Services.
Don't post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or threatening, or any links, spam, scams or other people's personal information. We filter and moderate content and may hide or remove any of it without notice. Messages on the wall are anonymous and public, and we delete them within 7 days.
Wallet pages show information that is already public on the blockchain, including for your wallet.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud or any other illegal activity, or with funds from illegal activity;
- manipulate markets, for example by wash trading, spoofing, or coordinated pump-and-dump schemes;
- attack, overload, probe or interfere with the Services, or get around our rate limits, filters or location restrictions;
- scrape or copy the Services or their data in bulk without our written permission;
- impersonate anyone, or use someone else's account or wallet without permission; or
- reverse engineer the Services, except where the law allows it.
12. Third-party services
The Services depend on others, including Privy (wallets and sign-in), MoonPay (buying crypto with fiat), Jupiter and pump.fun (swaps), Birdeye (market data), transaction-sending providers (such as Helius and Jito), and the Solana network. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their availability, accuracy, fees or conduct. Your use of their services may be subject to their own terms.
13. Taxes
You are responsible for working out and paying any taxes on your transactions and rewards. The app's trade history and PnL figures are for convenience only and are not tax records.
14. Our intellectual property
The Services, including the software, the design, the THIS SO FIRE name, the flame logo and the sticker, belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Services under these terms. You may not use our name or marks without our written permission.
15. Changes, suspension and termination
- We may change, add or remove features at any time.
- We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the Services or other users.
- Your wallet is self-custodial, so losing access to the app does not take away your funds. You can still export your private key and use the wallet elsewhere, unless the law requires otherwise.
- You can stop using the Services at any time. To delete your account, contact us (see section 21).
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will tell you in the app or on this page before it takes effect. If you keep using the Services after that, you accept the new terms.
16. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any data, price or safety signal is accurate.
If you are a consumer, nothing in this section limits your statutory rights, including the rules on whether digital services conform to the contract.
17. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Nanolabs sp. z o.o. sp.k. and its partners, officers, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, tokens, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for all claims about the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the trade fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose and (b) US $100.
Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.
18. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nanolabs sp. z o.o. sp.k. and its partners, officers, employees and agents against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your breach of any law, or content you post.
19. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Polish law. Before bringing a claim, please contact us at support@thissofire.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. A dispute with a business that is not resolved that way will be decided by the common court with jurisdiction over our registered office in Łódź, Poland.
If you are a consumer, the choice of Polish law doesn't take away the protection of the laws of the country where you live that a contract cannot override, and you can bring a claim in the courts there. Consumers in Poland can also get free help from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa).
20. General
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a right, that isn't a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours, for example as part of a merger or sale of the business.
